  1. Thank you so much for this interesting tour. My ancestors lived in Centenary and my grandparents , great-grandparents, and great, great grandparents are in the Centenary Methodist church cemetery. They are the Olivers found there. They married into the Davis family you talked about in Ella’s Grove also. The old Davis plantation house burned down, but I visited it when I was a child. My ancestral families include Oliver,McNeill, LeGette, Stevenson, Thomas, Richardson, Jones, and McElveen.
